Great Location but Lacking in Comfort

The AC struggled, and finding the mini bar empty was a hassle. I did appreciate the friendly staff members at the front desk who were eager to help.

I absolutely loved the delicious breakfast with freshly baked croissants! The room was spacious and comfortable, but the air was quite dry at night. Overall, a great stay! 🎉

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the bustling attractions, yet still pleasantly quiet. The modern King room was spacious with a fantastic bathroom featuring a dual-head shower that was a real treat. Staff were exceptionally helpful. they arranged a sightseeing cruise and provided excellent local recommendations. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious waffles that were thick and crispy. However, the Executive Lounge snacks were insufficient for dinner, and public transport needed clearer signage for newcomers.

I had an enjoyable stay at Hilton Prague Old Town. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square and surrounded by eateries and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning, though it took a while to cool down initially. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, but the peak times saw long lines and some chaos, especially when they overflowed into the bar area. I appreciated the executive lounge's attentive staff, especially during happy hour when they ensured everyone had drinks without needing to get up. However, I experienced an issue with my card being charged more than expected during check-in. This was charged as a deposit and not explained initially, leading to confusion and an unexpected wait for the refund. The bar sometimes felt a bit empty, lacking atmosphere despite the friendly staff. A full-length mirror in the room would have been useful, as the existing mirrors didn’t offer a good view. Despite these small hiccups, the staff were exceptional and genuinely cared, which made the stay more pleasant.

We had a fantastic trip with friends! The location was perfect for exploring local spots like the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The hotel offered great amenities, and the staff was helpful with our requests. Don't miss the kids' menu if you're with family and the concierge for babysitting services.

One downside was that the gym and sauna closed earlier than expected, which was a bit frustrating since we planned to use them later in the evening.

The pool and sauna were a nice retreat! Also loved the complimentary champagne and treats after my birthday.
